Hoary Bat Sticker

This piece was one of two sticker designs created to celebrate bats, one of my favorite creatures. I wanted something that was simple and would read well while still maintaining the details that I think make bats so cute. For the hoary bat, that meant finding a way to include the adorable fur texture--the fluff around the neck and body. I also wanted to play with color choices a little bit just so it was vibrant and fun to look at.

I also included images of the final printed results--the stickers in this case were manufactured by Sticker Ninja in Portland, Oregon.
